Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Endel: Focus & Sleep Sounds → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.

This app does not show up in your apple subscriptions. But that doesn’t keep them from trying over and over and over again to deduct a yearly payment. After which they proceed to ask you questions for five minutes before they actually cancel your subscription.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Endel: Focus & Sleep Sounds?
