Step 1 — Stop the next charge
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Second Phone Number - 2Number → Cancel Subscription.
- Check that it now says Expires and not Renews. If it still says Renews, it is not canceled.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged.

It also does not let you include certain words like “care” which is not a bad word, but it is a part of my business name and so I could not send a text letting people know where I was texting from. Unfortunately I got the year subscription, but I will not be using it.

Can I get a refund after I already canceled Second Phone Number - 2Number?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that already went through. You request that separately at reportaproblem.apple.com, and "I was charged after I canceled the subscription" is the reason to select.
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
